Research Focus
My work traces the collections and interiors of princesses and Queens consort: Sofia Magdalena, Hedvig Elisabet Charlotta and Sofia Albertina during 1766-1829, at the Royal Palace and Arvfurstens Palats in Stockholm. Examining how the royal women shaped their interiors and in turn how decorative arts shaped sociability and everyday life. Drawing the connection and working at the intersection of architecture, interiors, decorative arts, female agency, queenship and sociability.
